Windsor
Place Activities We
have so many wonderful activities! We take residents on great
field trips and have a variety of parties on a regular basis, which offer social interaction and
independent skills. We work in cooperation with
Salem Rehabilitation Hospital and other care providers to ensure that our
residents absolutely continue with all of their established physical, occupational and speech
therapies. We also offer placement in volunteer positions to assist our
residents who are able and approved for gainful employment (or volunteer work),
which is a wonderful situation for both them and us!
There are so many benefits
provided in our residential
living program at Windsor Place. We offer a group-family environment, with one-on-one
attention. Our structured program and and routine nurtures improvement.
Residents benefit through life-skills development, through cooking and
housekeeping skills, along with important things like e-mail and continued
social skills to avoid feeling isolated.
